Laurel Moore joined other students from Shickley, EMF, and Bruning-Davenport to Italy for a 9-day sustainable agriculture tour. The major towns visited were Milan, Turin, Monaco, and Nice. Activities included visiting a fruit research facility where the students picked and ate fresh cherries and apricots, a fruit processing plant, vinyard, perfume factory, and making authentic Italian food.
