"I graduated with my master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2024 and started my career as an SLP in Elkhorn, NE! A fun fact about me is that I can juggle!"

Our new K-12 Vocal Music teacher earned her Bachelor's Degree from UNO, Master's Degree from York University, and enjoys traveling. She has, "been to almost all 50 states."

Ms. Sharp was a UNL Student Teacher at Lincoln Southeast High School. "I love to cook and I've been experimenting with different ways to make homemade gnocchi!"

Ms. Nuss graduated in December of 2025 from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Fun fact: "I may be a kindergarten teacher, but I’m just as happy behind the wheel of a tractor as I am at the front of a classroom!"

Ms. Shafer graduated from UNK in May with degrees in early childhood inclusive and elementary education! "Being from a rural town, I love shopping and supporting local businesses, especially local coffee shops!"

Mrs. Bohlen has taught in Blue Hill (elem. resource), Aurora & Adams Central (Life Skills). She has four kids with her husband, Andrew: James-6, Myla-4, Owen-2, Jackson-9 mo. "I like to spend my free time planning trips as a travel agent 7 visiting the beach with my family."

Originally from Hastings, Mrs. Steinhauer will teach 5th grade this year. Her Hobbies include: golfing, cooking, fishing, & crafting

Our Ag teacher, grew up on a farm riding horses. "I have competed all across the midwest in barrel races. I still own the horse that won me a lot of money and now get to ride her baby. I have two little boys so we spend a lot of time outside..."

Ms. Kinnett will teach 5th grade this year. "I just recently graduated from UNK in May with my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. One of my favorite hobbies is doing puzzles. It's a fun way to relax!"
