Kindergarten Round-Up 2026

Kindergarten Roundup for the Sutton Public Schools has been set for Friday, March 27th, 2026
If you are considering sending your son or daughter to Kindergarten during the 2026-2027 school year, please call the elementary office at 402-773-4423 ext 2. Information related to the round-up will be sent to you.

Students are eligible if they reach the age of 5 by July 31, 2026. In addition, the Kindergarten entrance law states that students who will turn 6 before January 1, 2027, and are not yet enrolled in school, are required to enroll in school for the 2026-2027 school year.

Kindergarten Round-Up is Friday, March 27 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

The following items are required before starting Kindergarten:
1. Certified Birth Certificate – this is the one that comes from the state and not the hospital.
2. Immunization Records
3. Kindergarten Physical & Eye Exam – a form will be provided for you in your Kindergarten Round-Up packet that you may take with you to the doctor.

Attention Elementary Families! Next week we will be celebrating Read Across American Week (March 2nd-March 6th). One way we will be celebrating is by dressing up to promote reading!
We will also be hosting a Book Fair starting next week. Please note, the book fair will be open Wednesday, March 4th- Tuesday, March 10th.

Sutton Public Schools will have our Spring Semester parent-teacher conferences on March 9th & 10th, from 4 pm-7:30 pm both days. Please sign up to meet with your child's elementary classroom teacher on these days.
